NALRC Personnel

Advisory Board

The advisory board consists of the Local and the National Advisory board members. The local advisory board meets twice in a year, while the national advisory board meets once per year to discuss progress of the center and give suggestions for improvement. Click here for the board members.


Project Participants

The NALRC would not have been able to produce many of its publications, (textbooks, journals, multimedia materials, brochures, etc.) if not for the many project participants who make themselves available for the various projects. They also include participants of the professional development workshops conducted by the NALRC. Click here for the list of some of the project participants. Institute Participants

Since the year 2000, the NALRC has been conducting summer institutes for instructors of African languages. A certificate (A Second Language Acquisition Certificate Program for African Language Instructors) is issued at the end of the institute, and graduates of these institutes are called "NALRC Fellows."
