Victor has a Master's degree in Global Public Policy and is currently a graduate student at Indiana University O'Neill's School of Public and Environmental Affairs studying Public Affairs with a focus on Non-profit Management. He has been actively involved in high-impact initiatives in Africa that contribute to youth employment, capacity development, and human capital development, designing and implementing projects that help more young people and women gain access to decent employment opportunities, start new businesses, and learn new skills.
He has spent the last seven years collaborating with the government, corporate organizations, and civil society organizations to implement social development programs (human trafficking), human development, human rights, and youth employment. Equipped with excellent communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and interpersonal skills and able to establish positive relationships with partners and clients through strong negotiation abilities.
